The Journey Begins
Participants arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and gather for their official pre-program welcome briefing.
Kuala Lumpur Heritage Walk
Spend the afternoon exploring the historic Merdeka Square, the grand Sultan Abdul Samad Building, and the lively Petaling Street. During this walk, you will embark on the ASEAN Networking Challenge to connect with fellow participants from different universities and map out future collaboration opportunities.
Welcome Dinner & Networking Session
Wrap up the day with a vibrant Welcome Dinner filled with cultural quizzes and ice-breaking sessions to spark lifelong friendships.

The cultural immersion goes deeper as you climb the vibrant steps of Batu Caves to witness Malaysia’s incredible multicultural coexistence firsthand.

Wrap up the afternoon with free exploration time at Central Market, hunting for unique local products, interacting with the community, and completing a collaborative video challenge themed around multicultural identity.

Your international exchange experience comes full circle as groups pitch their Global Learning Portfolio presentations to showcase their newly acquired cultural intelligence, academic insights, and future action plans.
Grand Awarding Ceremony
Celebrates individual and group achievements by honoring outstanding participants with official joint credentials from Student Exchange ID and ISCEF before heading back to the airport.
Return Flight to Indonesia
