yang Sering Diajukan
Ya! Program kami dirancang untuk SMA (kelas 10-12) dan Mahasiswa Universitas. Peserta minimum berusia 12 tahun. Kami memiliki kelompok umur yang terpisah dengan kegiatan yang disesuaikan.
Tidak perlu sama sekali! Semua aktivitas didampingi tour leader berbahasa Indonesia dan local guide berbahasa Inggris/Jepang. Sebelum keberangkatan, kami berikan modul pengantar 10 frasa Jepang dasar.
Hubungi kami via WhatsApp → Isi formulir pendaftaran online → Bayar DP Rp 5 juta untuk konfirmasi kursi → Lunasi sisa pembayaran H-30 keberangkatan. DP bisa dicicil dengan perjanjian khusus.
Paspor aktif minimal 6 bulan dari tanggal keberangkatan, KTP orang tua, akte kelahiran, surat izin orang tua, dan foto pas 4x6 background putih. Tim kami membantu proses visa Jepang secara gratis.
Semua kebutuhan utama sudah tercover. Kami rekomendasikan membawa uang saku ¥20,000–¥30,000 JPY (±Rp 2–3 juta) untuk oleh-oleh dan kebutuhan pribadi. Belanja oleh-oleh ada di hari terakhir.
Jika pembatalan dari pihak StudentExchange.ID, seluruh pembayaran dikembalikan penuh (100%). Jika peserta membatalkan, berlaku kebijakan refund bertahap yang tertera di kontrak pendaftaran.
